Unfinished exists to help women walk that journey together—abiding in Jesus, growing in His Word, becoming more like Him, and living courageously wherever He calls us.

Hi, I'm Leslie.
I'm a Jesus-loving pastor, counselor, teacher, wife, mom, Manna, and adventurer—and I know firsthand what it means to need the transforming grace of God.
For years, my life looked pretty polished from the outside. I was educated, successful, raising a family, and seemingly had it all together. But behind what everyone else saw was a woman carrying heartbreak, wounds, shame, and regret.
And then... Jesus.
He didn't just change my circumstances. He changed me.
And He's still changing me.
That's why Unfinished is so personal to me. I've experienced the mercy of Jesus, the truth of His Word, and the power of the Holy Spirit to transform a life.
Using the experiences God has given me in pastoral ministry, counseling, teaching, and doctoral work in organizational leadership— I've spent much of my life helping others discover that same hope.
Today, my heart is to walk alongside women as we grow deeper in Jesus, heal from what has been, discover what He's calling us into, and courageously follow Him wherever He leads.
I don't believe our past gets the final word.
I don't believe age gets the final word.
Jesus does. And He's not finished with us yet.
